บริษัท อาร์ เอ็ม แอล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) จดทะเบียนพาณิชย์เลขที่ 0105556184959 ที่อยู่ 1006/431 อาคาร มาสเตอร์วิวเอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟ เพลส ซอยเจริญนคร34/1 ถนนเจริญนคร แขวงบางลำพูล่าง เขตคลองสาน กรุงเทพมหานคร 10600 ได้จัดทำเว็บไซต์เพื่อส่งเสริมการขายภายใต้ชื่อเว็บไซต์ www.oofos.asia ขึ้นเพื่อขาย ส่งเสริมการขาย และจัดส่งสินค้าของบริษัทฯ รวมถึงเป็นช่องทางในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างบริษัทฯ กับ ผู้ซื้อสินค้าและ/หรือบริการ หรือผู้รับข่าวสารต่างๆของบริษัทฯ (ซึ่งต่อไปในเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงนี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้ใช้บริการ”) การเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์นี้ของผู้ใช้บริการอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงนี้ ดังนั้น กรุณาศึกษาเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงดังต่อไปนี้โดยละเอียดก่อนการเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์ การเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์นี้ให้ถือว่าผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงนี้ หากผู้ใช้บริการไม่ประสงค์ที่จะผูกพันตนเองตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงนี้ กรุณายุติการเข้าชม ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงนี้ และ/หรือข้อตกลงอื่นใดบนเว็บไซต์นี้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้บริการทราบล่วงหน้า

1.4 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงจะรักษา Login Name รหัสผ่าน และข้อมูลส่วนตัวไว้เป็นความลับ หากผู้ใช้บริการมอบ หรืออนุญาตให้บุคคลอื่น หรือมีการนำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและ/หรือ Login name และรหัสผ่านดังกล่าวของผู้ใช้บริการไปใช้ในการใดๆ ให้ถือว่าเป็นการกระทำโดยตัวของผู้ใช้บริการเอง และอาจมีผลผูกพันกับผู้ใช้ในทางกฎหมายด้วย
1.5 ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการใช้สิทธิไปในทางก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อผู้ใช้บริการอื่นหรือบริษัทฯ ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะชดใช้ความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นเต็มจำนวน
1.6 สำหรับผู้ใช้บริการที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี การทำธุรกรรมใดๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเงิน เช่น สั่งซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ หรือเข้าร่วมทำการประมูลจะต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากผู้ปกครองก่อนทุกครั้ง
1.7 บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะเพิกถอนสมาชิกภาพของผู้ใช้บริการได้ทันทีโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากบริษัทฯพบว่าผู้ใช้บริการให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นเท็จ ไม่ปรับปรุงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้ถูกต้อง ผู้ใช้บริการไม่รักษา Login Name และรหัสผ่านเป็นความลับ ผู้ใช้บริการกระทำการไม่เหมาะสม ขัดต่อกฎหมายและศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชนหรือมีเหตุอันควรเชื่อได้ว่าผู้ใช้บริการเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์โดยมีเจตนาทุจริต

2. การจำกัดความรับผิด
2.1 ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบและตกลงอย่างชัดแจ้งว่า บริษัทฯ ไม่รับประกันว่า การเปิดเข้าสู่หรือการใช้เว็บไซต์ทั้งส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใด หรือทั้งหมดจะสามารถกระทำได้ตลอดเวลา รวดเร็วทันใจ ปราศจากการรบกวน หรือมีข้อผิดพลาด และไม่รับประกันว่าเว็บไซต์จะปราศจากไวรัส ปราศจากการโจรกรรมข้อมูล ปราศจากการเจาะเข้าโปรแกรม หรือปราศจากสิ่งก่อความเสียหายต่อคอมพิวเตอร์อื่นใดของผู้ใช้บริการ
2.2 บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิในการพิจารณาเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการส่งเสริมการขาย (Promotion) ที่บริษัทฯ และ/หรือคู่ค้า จัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมการขายสินค้า และ/หรือบริการ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งผู้ใช้บริการทราบล่วงหน้า

3. การเชื่อมโยงไปยังเว็บไซต์อื่น
3.1 เว็บไซต์นี้อาจมีการเชื่อมโยงไปสู่เว็บไซต์อื่นที่ไม่ได้อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของบริษัทฯ ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับว่าบริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหา โฆษณา สินค้าและบริการบนเว็บไซต์เหล่านั้น หรือต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าว

4. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ลิขสิทธิ์และสิทธิบัตร
4.1 เครื่องหมายการค้า แนวคิดและรูปแบบในการนำเสนอ รวมไปถึง Software และ Code ของ Program ต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในการสร้างและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์นี้ถือเป็นงานที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองโดยกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ห้ามผู้ใดกระทำซ้ำ ลอกเลียนแบบ ไม่ว่าส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งหมด
4.2 เนื้อหาและรูปภาพบนเว็บไซต์นี้เว้นแต่จะระบุที่มาจากแหล่งอื่นถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของบริษัทฯ หรือของบุคคลที่สาม ห้ามผู้ใดกระทำซ้ำ ลอกเลียนแบบ ดาวน์โหลด หรือดัดแปลงไม่ว่าส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งหมดของเว็บไซต์นี้
4.3 สินค้าที่จำหน่ายบนเว็บไซต์นี้ได้รับการคุ้มครองจากสิทธิบัตร เครื่องหมายการค้าหรือสิทธิอื่นๆบริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดใดๆ ในการละเมิดสิทธิที่ผู้อื่นกระทำขึ้น
4.4 บริษัทฯ เคารพทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของผู้อื่น ตามเงื่อนไขของกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์และกฎหมายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.5 ผู้ใช้บริการต้องไม่กระทำการใดๆอันเป็นการละเมิดหรือควรเชื่อได้ว่าเป็นการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ในลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า สิทธิบัตร ความลับทางการค้า รวมทั้งทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่นตามกฎหมาย ไม่ว่าด้วยวิธีการใด ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าจะกระทำโดยมีเจตนาหรือไม่ หากผู้ใช้บริการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดดังกล่าว ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงให้บริษัทฯ สามารถยกเลิกการเป็นสมาชิกของผู้ใช้บริการได้ตามที่เห็นสมควร

5. คำบรรยายผลิตภัณฑ์และสีของรูปภาพ

บริษัทฯ จะพยายามอธิบายผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ถูกต้อง ตรงกับความเป็นจริงมากที่สุด อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถยืนยันได้ว่าคำบรรยายผลิตภัณฑ์บนเว็บไซต์จะปราศจากข้อผิดพลาดทั้งมวล ดังนั้น หากผู้ใช้บริการไม่พอใจในสินค้า หรือเห็นว่าไม่ตรงกับคำบรรยาย บริษัทฯ ยินดีที่จะรับคืนสินค้า (ตามเงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้า) เช่นเดียวกัน บริษัทฯ มีความตั้งใจที่จะแสดงรูปภาพสินค้าที่มีสีที่ถูกต้อง ตรงตามความเป็นจริง แต่สีที่แสดงบนหน้าจอของผู้ใช้บริการอาจผิดเพี้ยนได้ตามการตั้งค่าของหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ที่แตกต่างกันไป

บริษัทฯและ/หรือคู่ค้า มีกระบวนการตรวจสอบการฉ้อโกงหรือการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธหรือระงับคำสั่งซื้อ หากตรวจพบบัญชีที่มีประวัติการฉ้อโกง และฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ของบริษัท อาจติดต่อผู้ใช้บริการผ่านทางโทรศัพท์เพื่อให้ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อได้ บริษัท อาจยกเลิกบัญชีของผู้ใช้บริการ หากตรวจพบการฉ้อโกงหรือพฤติกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมาย บริษัทฯ บังคับใช้นโยบายดังกล่าวเพื่อปกป้องผู้ใช้บริการ รวมทั้งบริษัทฯ เองจากการถูกต้มตุ๋น หลอกลวง หรือการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย

7. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ
